2. Free Trials
AivelX may offer a 7-day free trial for eligible subscription plans.
Users are responsible for cancelling before the end of the free trial period if they do not wish to continue with a paid subscription.
If a subscription is not cancelled before the trial ends, the selected billing cycle may begin automatically.
3. Subscription Renewals
AivelX subscriptions may renew automatically according to the selected monthly or annual billing cycle.
Users authorize recurring charges through the selected payment provider unless the subscription is cancelled before renewal.
4. Cancellations

5. Refunds
Because AivelX provides immediate access to digital analytics tools, proprietary data summaries, and subscription-based research content, completed billing cycles are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered only in limited cases, such as duplicate charges, billing errors, or technical access issues that prevent use of the service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

6. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the selected annual access period.
Unless required by applicable law or approved by AivelX at its discretion, annual subscription payments are non-refundable after the billing cycle has started.

AivelX does not guarantee investment outcomes, trading results, market performance, or financial returns.
Refunds are not provided based on user investment decisions, market movements, financial losses, dissatisfaction with market outcomes, or disagreement with analytical model outputs.
