2. Description of Services
AivelX provides analytics software, market structure visualization tools, automated financial data summaries, Discord-integrated analytical commands, newsletters, and educational market intelligence content.
AivelX does not provide brokerage services, investment management, trade execution, custody services, or personalized financial advice.
3. Educational & Informational Use Only
All information provided through AivelX is intended solely for educational, informational, and research purposes.
Market analytics, timing models, probabilities, signals, dashboards, and automated summaries should not be interpreted as financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of future performance.
Users remain solely responsible for their own research, investment decisions, and financial outcomes.
4. User Accounts
Users may be required to create accounts or connect Discord accounts to access certain services or subscription features.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their accounts and credentials.
5. Subscription Services
Certain AivelX features may require paid subscriptions.
Subscription pricing, billing intervals, free trials, and included features may change over time at AivelX’s discretion.
Unless cancelled before renewal, subscriptions may renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle.
6. Payments & Billing
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. AivelX does not directly store complete payment card information.
Users agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize recurring charges where applicable.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Subscription cancellation policies and refund eligibility are described in the Refund Policy available on the AivelX website.
Users may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through their billing provider or account management tools.
8. Intellectual Property
All AivelX software, analytics systems, branding, visual assets, written content, dashboards, models, and platform materials remain the intellectual property of AivelX unless otherwise stated.
Users may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit platform materials without prior written permission.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or infrastructure
- Redistribute paid content without authorization
- Interfere with platform stability, availability, or security
- Misrepresent AivelX services as financial advisory services
10. Service Availability
AivelX does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, uptime, data accuracy, or continuous operation.
Features, models, integrations, and platform functionality may change, be modified, or be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AivelX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on provided information.
Users assume full responsibility for their own decisions and use of any analytics, summaries, or research information provided by AivelX.
12. Modifications
AivelX may modify these Terms of Service periodically.
Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
